Updates to Lyndon Estimated Tax Impact

May 19, 2026

The last town-wide property reappraisal in Lyndon was completed in 2011. Just recently, a new reappraisal was completed. ÎÞÂëÊÓƵ has verified with the VT Department of Taxes that we should use an interim reappraisal of 100% to calculate estimated taxes based on our budget proposal for Vote #3. This results in a significant decrease in estimated taxes for Lyndon residents than we have been publicizing. Please see the chart below for the updated estimated taxes for Lyndon residents.
